Spam Blacklist Tracking and Heartbeat Monitoring
Lots of you have been asking about the new options available in the client area for Blacklist tracking and Heartbeat monitoring. We have been trialing our new server and IP monitoring system which will warn users if your IPs ever become blacklisted in spam RBLs like SpamCop or warn you if your service ever appears offline.
Primarily aimed at VPS Servers and Dedicated Servers this system will monitor the status of your IPs and the connection to your server. Should your IPs become blacklisted or the connection to your server fails you will be sent a warning email and if enabled an SMS message to alert you to any issues. You can also use the system to monitor your Reseller Web Hosting accounts or Shared Web Hosting accounts for issues. The system comprises two main areas of focus. Spam Blacklist Tracking and Server Heartbeat monitoring.
